Registration Fee

All Gerontology and aging conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the Conference registration fee. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference. Please see registration deadlines and payment instructions below.

When will I receive the conference program?

You will receive the finalized conference program approximately 7-10 Days before the event. It will also be available on the conference website.

Yes, if you need an invitation letter for your visa, please fill out the Visa Request Form. Once submitted, the letter will be issued within 1-3 business days. Invitation letters will be issued upon confirmation of registration and payment of the registration fee. 

If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact our support team at info@agconf.org Changes can be made before the registration deadline.
